Coaching Services

The Menopause Mafia provides mindset, confidence, personal development, and wellness coaching designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions. Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental or physical healthcare.

By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that coaching focuses on personal growth, clarity, and empowerment — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical management of symptoms.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• All payments are non-refundable. This ensures mutual commitment and honors the time, energy, and preparation invested in your coaching experience.

• Rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

If payment plans are offered, all scheduled payments must be completed, regardless of whether sessions are used in full.

Session Scheduling & Delivery

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom or other agreed-upon virtual platforms.

• It is your responsibility to ensure a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your sessions.

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, ending at the originally scheduled time.

Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Your coach will not share or disclose personal information without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations).

Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process — your results depend on your willingness to take action, complete exercises, and apply strategies discussed during sessions. The Menopause Mafia makes no guarantees about outcomes or specific results.

By engaging in coaching, you agree to take full responsibility for your own choices, decisions, and results.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, worksheets, guides, and resources are the intellectual property of The Menopause Mafia. They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Menopause Mafia and Misti Graham are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching or the use of coaching materials. Coaching is a supportive service, and results will vary from person to person.

Termination of Services

The Menopause Mafia reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:

• A client engages in abusive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior, or

• The coaching relationship is no longer a good fit.

In such cases, unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of the coach.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of coaching services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
